Rachael literally saved my life with this trip!! It is my dad's last vacation due to him getting older and less active, so he wanted to go back to Colorado to snowboard like he used to. My dad put me in charge of the trip, and I had NO idea where to start. Then came Rachael!!! She took care of EVERYTHING for us and made sure everything was set. We ended up having a cancelled flight due to weather, a missed flight, and 3 delays due to the weather… and Rachael was ON IT every step before I even knew. My dad absolutely loved our family trip and I couldn’t have done it without Rachael. And since I’ve never planned a trip before, I asked her all the questions, even the silly ones and she was just awesome. Definitely will be using her for all my 2023 trips.

Rachael booked my recent trip to NYC. The hotel location was perfect. Subway stop on the corner. Manhattan Diner right next door. Less than 4 blocks to Central Park. She even checked in, during the trip to make sure everything was going great- it was! Ellis Island, Music Man with Hugh Jackman!, Ground Zero, walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, Ellen’s Stardust Diner, Junior’s- best cheesecake ever, and wonderful memories were made with the best friends on the planet. Thank you again Rachael for everything.
Rachael was amazing!! Very helpful from passports to problems to price adjustments between different airlines to make something fit in our budget. Negril was nice- pretty beaches especially near Ricks cafe!! People are friendly. Don’t recommend venturing off of the resort without a group and by a local travel agent/bus- but you really don’t even need to, between the beach, all inclusives, pool with swim up bar, and if you do want to venture, there is an amstar agent on site to help you do so. Excursions were great but took up a lot more time than Amstar told us because of travel (nothing to do with Rachael)! All inclusive food and drinks were great, pool with swim up bar was nice, and all around a fun trip. ❤️ Our favorite excursion was Dolphin Cove- where you took pictures, rode a dolphin, and held a dolphin!! So neat!
